Horses in corral in Hotel Las Torres in Torres del Paine, Chile. 

I spent the last few days of my trip to Patagonia in the hotel Las Torres, which is a old ranch converted to a luxury hotel.  Since it used to be a ranch the hotel grounds are very spacious and located just underneath the three towers, the most prominent feature of Torres del Paine.   In fact, the full day hike to the base of the three towers start just beyond the hotel grounds.  The hotel keeps about 150 horses on the property. Every morning gauchos drive the horses into corrals where they are used for guests to ride.  I made this image early in the morning while the horses were waiting to be saddled.
